This is Serge or to most of you in Comic Fiesta; Dustyhawk.

I’m here to recruit bloggers for Comic Fiesta 2009 and would like you
to be one of our Affliated Bloggers for Comic Fiesta.
What’s special about it?

Well first of all besides the obvious free entrance, you can talk to
anyone of the guest that we have, the audience and even to me your lil monkey. You are our media crew and you get a special place thus you can be at the heart of the action.

Oh yeah, some big wigs such as Animax will be there and who
knows, you can interview them too !

How do you qualify to be one of the special people ?

1 . Just send me a message on facebook or Contact Serge with the subject “New Recruit – Affliate Blogger Comic Fiesta”

2. Your name (real name please), contact number, active email and your blog url that is active for the past 6 months

3. Reason on why you want to be an Affliate Blogger

4. Entries to be sent by 31st Oct 2009

Once all of this is done, I’ll be contacting you if you make the cut.
there are just a few things that we would like you to do.

1. Attend both days (if possible) – 19-20 Dec 09, 10am-7pm @ Sunway Convention Center

2. Write good and constructive feedback in your blog post

3. Help us post up pre-event, on-event, post-event and events that are affliated to Comic Fiesta.

Ticketing General Info

# The ticket will be in the form of a wristband.

# Participants are advised to NOT wear the wristbands on their own

# Our ticketing representives will be present to help put it on.

# Damaged or defaced tickets will be deemed INVALID.

# Comic Fiesta will in no way be held responsible for any tickets lost.

# The Comic Fiesta 2009 Organising Committee does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for any accidents/untoward incidents that might occur within the premises of the Event Hall or Waiting Hall before, during after the event.

# Tickets must visible and present at all times.

# Children below the height of 90cm may enter for FREE only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

On a related note: Parents of young children attending Comic Fiesta are encouraged to join in the fun and accompany their children during our event!

Ticket Pre-Orders

Price: RM25 (for both days)
# This offer is only applicable for TWO DAYS entry tickets only.

# All application forms must be completed and emailed to cf.ticketingdept@gmail.com

# All correspondence will be done via email, so please provide a valid email.

# Pre-orders not paid 1 week before the closing will be void.

# You may pay via 3 methods:

Wang Pos (Details will be attached to the form)

Interbank MEPS/GIRO (Details will be attached with the form)

Cash deposits (Details will be attached with the form)

# We accept cash deposit payments, but receipts MUST be scanned and emailed with your order form to cf.ticketingdept@gmail.com. The same goes with bank transfers etc. No refunds/requests shall be entertained if you are unable to provide us with the details of your cash deposit and bank-ins.

# A confirmation email will be sent when payment is received. Every pre-order will be issued a reference number upon confirmation.

# If your form or wang pos was damanged or illegible during submission, we will request for you to resend it.

# Maximum of 10 tickets per order at a time.

# Pre-Order Ticket counters will open at 9.00 am on BOTH DAYS.**

# Closing date is 1st of December.**

# Please download our survey form as well and provide us some general information and comments! Download the form at sendspace, megaupload or mediafire and attach it to your pre-order!

Normal/On-The-Spot Tickets

Price per day: RM15
# Tickets will be sold at counters from 11 AM to 7 PM; come early to beat the crowd.

# Tickets may be purchased for either one day or both.

# There will be separate counters for One Day and Two Day ticket purchases. Participants are advised to queue up accordingly so as to avoid any complications.

# Please pay attention to the announcements made and give your full cooperation to our Ticketing Helpers so as to ensure a smooth entry.
