Christmas is coming near, and in the spirit of sharing, Comic Fiesta is sneaking a little surprise for you into your goodie bags! This year, Comic Fiesta is proud to announce its first ever “Secret Santa Stash”!

This activity is a three parter, and is open to anyone that attends the event! This means EVERYONE – be you a booth owner, vendor, sponsor, casual attendee, or die-hard member of the ACG community – can take part.

The idea is simple…
Part 1 – THE SECRET STASH- A “present pool” will be made open throughout the day for everyone to chip in.

Part 2 – LETTERS TO SANTA- Throughout the day, our “Santarinas/Santarinos” will be walking around with jolly red socks in their hands for attendees to clip their Letters to Santa on.

Part 3 – THE CF STAGE SANTAS – Our Stage Santa will then pair up your wishes with presents in the Secret Stash and give the lucky wish-makers a chance to win these prizes through simple stage games!

RULES AND REGULATIONS
THE SECRET STASH
1. Submission to the “present pool” (hereby referred to as “the pool”) is entirely optional. There is NO obligation.
2. Anyone can contribute to the pool. This includes (but not limited to) vendors, sponsors, doujin-kas, event attendees or even random generous passer-bys.
3. Submissions to the pool will be grouped and labeled according to their contributors (henceforth referred to as “Secret Santas”) to be announced during and/or after the aforementioned stage games. However, the identities of Secret Santas can be made anonymous upon request.
4. There is no upper or lower limit to the contributions any Secret Santa can make, however Comic Fiesta reserves the right to turn down any contributions to the pool that we may deem inappropriate.
5. Due to limitation of slots, a contribution to the pool will not guarantee stage time. However, Comic Fiesta will ensure that ALL contributions to the pool will be given out our attendee(s) by the end of the event.

LETTERS TO SANTA
1. Small slips of papers marked with the official Comic Fiesta chop will be provided upon the collection of your ticket(s) of both days. These are your “Letters to Santa” (henceforth referred to as “Letters”) and will be found in your goodie bags or handed to you personally.
2. Attendees are required to fill up their letters with their names and a wish of their liking, and insert it into the jolly red socks carried by our Santarina/Santarinos.
3. Kindly make sure that all your Letters are filled in clearly and are inserted properly into a jolly red sock. Letters not filled in properly and/or put into a jolly red sock will not be considered.
4. Letters to Santa are exchangeable, and multiple entries from one person are acceptable. So asking your friend for his/hers is perfectly fine. (Just don’t steal~ >D)
5. Replies to Letters are subjected to the availability of prizes within the pool. Comic Fiesta will do its best to match up the prizes to the Letters submitted but cannot, and will not, guarantee recipients will get EXACTLY what they want.
6. Like any mail to Santa, Letters put into jolly red socks do not guarantee a response. Eager attendees are encouraged to increase their chances by making their Letters as specific and/or as interesting as possible to catch the eyes of our CF Stage Santas.

CF STAGE SANTAS
1. Throughout the day, our CF Stage Santas will call up lucky wish-makers who have inserted their Letters into our jolly red socks up on stage for a simple stage game. These games will (generally) involve the lucky wish-makers interacting with their Secret Santas.
2. Should a wish-makers not respond when called (for whatever the reason), the chance will then be made open to the public. Remember! Santa doesn’t like a whiner, and our CF Secret Santas aren’t that different.
3. Presents given are not exchangeable. (That’s just rude!)
